M.S. Candidate, Urban Sustainability
Jonah is a Massachusetts native who comes to the MS3 program with an interest in the human side of sustainability. He is committed to building a strong labor-climate partnership, to fight back against the dual crises of environmental destruction and inequality. Jonah is a former culinary worker, union organizer, and Vice President of his local: UNITE HERE! Local 164 at Hampshire College. He is currently a Senior Paralegal at Curran, Berger & Kludt immigration law, where he performs research and case work for a variety of family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters. He is also completing his M.S. at UMass’ Labor Studies program.
