Projects / Research Interests

  • To develop my model using ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE based on systems to predict, monitor and measure the status of the project during all the Lifecycle such as: Engineering, Procurement / Fabrication, Construction, Management.
  • To develop an integrated model for making decisions in preplanning phase of capital projects for Small Projects < $ 10 million, Industrial and Healthcare projects, Residential Projects, Public Infrastructure projects, and Commercial Buildings. The model includes the synergies between Front End Loading (FEL), and Lean Project Delivery System (LPDS). Using concepts and tools of Concurrent Engineering, Value Improving Practices, Set Based Design, Target Costing, and the Best Practices of PMI.
