Todd Beals

“Todd Beals, a junior NRC major who is concentrating in Urban Forestry, has received the 2014 Garden Club of America Fellowship in Urban Forestry. The fellowship includes a $4,000 award. The purpose of the Fellowship is to advance the field of urban forestry by encouraging students to study the planning, management, and horticulture of urban forests and the effect of healthy urban forests on the environment. ‘Todd is a very dedicated student, who really deserves this honor. I’m glad he received it,’ said his advisor, Brian Kane, the Massachusetts Arborists Association Professor of Commercial Arboriculture.”
