According to its website [1], the Federal Community of Practice on Crowdsourcing and Citizen Science is a group with representatives from more than thirty US Federal Agencies, and led by the US EPA, NASA and The White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy. The group meets monthly to share lessons learned and develop best practices for designing, implementing, and evaluating crowdsourcing and citizen science initiatives.
